By George, I think you've done it. About discussion of added depth: i look closer and see a white line along orizon line in distance between building and tower. If you get rid of that and just let the water and the sky meet that would work to puth that back in space. The water would relect that part of the sky there too. We accept the bright aqua color in the front, because we figure some fright light is reaching it there. However, in the background we see that the sky is overcast and would expect the water to grade back to that. See?
