Excellent research. Hard to see, but to get VPLeft on first pic, you need to find more than one Z axiz line (going away from you on sides of buildings), and find where they meet. And yes, if everything is orthogonal the VPL and the VPR would both be on the horizon line. That tipped horizon line in third pic might come in handy some time....
